Are deliveries abroad possible?
At the moment we are only sending orders within Switzerland.
How long are the delivery times and where can I track my shipment?
Immediately after you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking via email or SMS. Our delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. Delivery takes place only within Switzerland.
How much are the shipping costs?
Manyara will cover the shipping costs. We offer our customers free delivery within Switzerland.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If your postman cannot find you, he will leave a collection notice for you. If you are unable to collect your shipment within the specified period with the collection invitation, you can extend the collection period free of charge, apply for a second delivery or issue a one-time authorization for collection by a third party.
What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking via email or SMS. If your package does not arrive within a maximum of six working days despite confirmed shipping, please contact our service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact form on our website www.manyara.ch.
How can I pay?
Choose for yourself which payment method is the most convenient for you. You can pay with us by invoice, PayPal, PostFinance, Twint. Visa and Mastercard.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
How long do I have to return an item?
You can try on and test your order comfortably at home. Anything that does not suit you or does not suit your taste can be returned to us within 14 days.
How can I return an item and how much does it cost?
You can try on and test your order comfortably at home. Anything that does not suit you or does not suit your taste can be sent back to us within 14 days. To request a return, please send an email to email@example.com with the information that you would like to return the ordered item. Simply send us the package to the following address:

As soon as we have received your package, the money will be returned to your account. The prerequisite is that the goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, you have to pay for the returns yourself. To confirm that we have received your return, we will send you an email in which we will inform you of the number of items returned and the amount to be refunded.
Where can I post my parcels?
Use the branches of the Swiss Post for your returns.
How do I get my money back?
The reimbursement is usually made to the payment method used when the order was placed. Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 10 working days from receipt of our e-mail until you can see the refund on your account.
What happens if the item I sent back shows signs of use?
Please understand that we can only take back items with the original label and in an unworn condition. Obvious residues such as make-up and lipstick stains or traces of smell make the item unsalable for us. If this is the case, we will send the affected item back to the customer and retain the purchase price as a compensation.
The model is damaged or faulty. How do I have to proceed?
We always strive to guarantee the highest quality. Should there be any complaints, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form on our website. We will investigate the matter as soon as possible and get back to you.
Is it possible to exchange?
If you want to exchange one item for another, you must first return the item you have ordered and then order another one. If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, please contact our support on email@example.com.
